Landing pages and brand sites — 7–10 days. Telegram bots — 10–14 days. Larger systems are scoped after a chat. Once we agree on a timeline, I share a daily demo.

The project is fully yours — the code and the domain both. If I build on an existing open-source base, it's under a license (usually MIT) that allows this and puts no restriction on you.
